The best substitute for meat has to go to my best friend the fungus. There, a German dude has a mushroom stand with assortments and assortments of mushrooms: baby shitakes, chantrelles, blue and yellow foot mushrooms. Today we spent a total of $23 on mushrooms we finished that night.
